Charlie Arehart Benjamin, I know you say the update was "successful", but can you double-check to make sure there are no errors indicated in the install log for the update? see the cfusion\hf-updates folder, then the subfolder for this update 8, and in there see the install log (not the filelist
Suchika Singh Hi Benjamin, I created a datasource using the native JDBC . I used the driver "mssql-jdbc-6.1.0.jre8.jar" to create the database . Then I applied update 8 . Verifying the database shows OK to me. Is there something that I am missing ? Regards, Suchika

Charlie Arehart Benjamin, before we presume this is a problem inherent in cf2018  can you clsirify: How did you change which jvm cf uses? Can you show the paths you used for the 10.0.2 jre vs jdk? Did you notice that the error refers to  1.8.0_191. Are you sure cf isn't somehow not finding
Charlie Arehart OK, so following up on two of my previous replies here (replies to Ben's comments, and so buried under the "reply" button and perhaps easily missed by casual readers), I wanted to take a step back. So Benjamin is saying that all this happened when he moved from Java 10.0.1 (which
