Problem Description: after upgrading CF9 to CF10, the default document (opening an url without filename) is not working anymore. CF10 runs fine when you specify "index.cfm" in the URL. Re-running the connector configurator did not change anything.

Steps to Reproduce: enter a domain name without "/index.cfm"

Actual Result: an error message

Expected Result: the default document

The issue is fixed, and not reproducible in the latest available version.
