Problem Description:

If I do a select on a datetimeoffsetfield I cannot use that field while I am looping through cfoutput

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a table with a field in SQL Server 2016 where the field type of datetimeoffset(0).

Populate the field with data

SELECT from this field

Try to display this data. Crash!!!!!!
