Just installed Update 14 on CF11 (11,0,14,307976) and this problem persists. Tried to also add bug for this issue for CF2016 Update 6 and got message "Bug Submission Failed".

Chris, This issue is fixed now. The fix for this issue will be available as part of next update. ColdFusion 11 Update 14 and ColdFusion 2016 Update 6 do not contain this fix.

Could you update the "Fixed in build" to reflect this change for CF11? Thanks Nimit!
