Problem Description: When you add/index files from CF admin, the documents count for the Solr collection does not update. Also, it displays a message saying "0 files inserted, XX files updated." (where XX = the correct number of files added). Solr Admin shows the correct number of documents.

Steps to Reproduce: Create a new collection. Index some files (I used 42 PDF, HTML, and CFM files).

Actual Result: Upon completion of the index, the admin console reported "0 files indexed, 42 files updated." The table with the collections shows 0 documents, but displays the correct collection size. The Solr Admin console shows the correct number of documents (42).

Expected Result: Admin should report "42 files inserted, 0 updated." The documents count on the collection list should show "42" (I indexed 42 documents).

Any Workarounds: Reloading the core from the CF admin displays the correct number of documents in the collection listing. Also, navigating away from this page in the CF Admin and then returning to it will display the correct number of documents.

Rick, Indexing can be a time consuming operation. The admin console cannot display the result statistics from the indexing operation the moment one hit the submit button. The message, therefore, has been updated to reflect the number of documents submitted for indexing.
