Problem Description:
The UI for the PMT is broken in Chrome, but works in MS Edge.

Steps to Reproduce:
Install the latest update package for the PMT.

Actual Result:
Broken UI in Chrome

Expected Result:
Same UI

Any Workarounds:
Use MS Edge

Justin,  Can you check if the update is installed successfully. The login submit button issue, could be a cache issue in chrome. Can you clear the cache and check? You can find the theme option under settings->General page.   Let me know if you need any further help?

Clearing cache seems to fix the issue.
