Problem Description: We have "Trusted cache", "Cache template in request", "component cache" and "save class files" checked. If we make changes to a cfm file, we do not see new changes. This is what is expected. If we click on the button "Clear Template cahce of specific folder" we do not see any changes. If we click on the button "Clear Template Cahce Now" button we see our changes.

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Browse a test.cfm file and see the word "<h1>hello</h1>
    2. Modify an exiting file such as "<h1>hello</h"> to "<h1>hello world</h"> in a cfm file.
    3. Browse a test.cfm file and see the word "<h1>hello</h1>
    4. Click on the button "Clear Template cahce of specific folder" after pasting the folder path.
    5. Browse a test.cfm file and see the word "<h1>hello</h1>
    4. Click on the button "Clear Template Cahce Now".
    6. Browse a test.cfm file and see the word "<h1>hello world</h1>
