Problem Description: CFENCODE.exe features a /h switch that allows one to prepend a custom header string to the encrypted portion of the encoded file. CFENCODE.sh is missing this vital feature.

Steps to Reproduce: Use CFENCODE.sh to encrypt ColdFusion files in a Bash shell environment on any OS.

Actual Result: Files are encoded without the header variable passed to cfencode.sh.

Expected Result: File are encoded with the header variable passed to cfencode.sh.

Any Workarounds: I have tried using sed to insert the header after the file is encoded but ColdFusion2018 will not render a file manipulated thusly.
