Problem Description:  Unable to use CFIDE to change an existing datasource

Steps to Reproduce:  Create a new datasource.  Restart CF.  Modify the datasource.  Restart CF.  Modifications revert back to settings from initial creation.

Actual Result:  Settings done save to neo-datasource.xml

Expected Result:  For settings to persist between sessions

Any Workarounds:  Create your datasource correctly the first time and never need to modify it.

+1 - Adobe, the repro is simple. Create data source. Restart Raijin. See data source still exists (good). Edit data source (description or server, etc). Restart Raijin. See changes weren’t saved (bad).
