Problem Description: 
Hi, I'm using Coldfusion 11 Server, Windows 10, I'm unable to load image on my disk from the following path:
https://5starvillaholidays.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/44-41.jpg

It throw an error:
"An exception occurred while trying to read the image"

My code is as under:
<cfimage source="https://5starvillaholidays.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/44-41.jpg" action="write" destination="c:\images\44-41.jpg">

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Result:
Error:  An exception occurred while trying to read the image
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure.
 
Expected Result:
It should save image on given path in code.
Any Workarounds:
I also downloaded relevent ssl certificate and keytool -import -storepass command, but getting the same error.

Hi Riz, Could you please install unlimited strength files on to jdk and then try to read the image. Do let us know if this works for you as currently we are unable to repro the issue. Thanks!

Hi Riz,   We are closing the bug for now as there is no response on it yet. But do let us know if you still see the issue after installing the unlimited strength files on to jdk. In that case we would be reopening the bug. Thanks!
